The innovative AI sports analytics startup ZONE14 is looking for new team members! ZONE14 is an emerging startup working with AI and computer vision to generate football statistics and to provide match data to clubs & coaches.

Job Description

Do you want to work independently and deepen your theoretical knowledge from university in a real job? Do you want responsibility instead of boring copy jobs? Are you motivated and enthusiastic about working on innovative ideas? Then we are what you are looking for!

Your responsibilities

You will be a full team member from day 1.
Assist in planning, filming, and editing engaging short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Support the development and execution of social media campaigns.
Help grow our social media presence and community through creative storytelling.
Research trends, hashtags, and best practices to optimize reach and engagement.
Propose fresh, bold content ideas and contribute to our brand voice online.

Requirements

Strong interest in content creation and social media trends.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
Creative eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and general aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and bring your own creative ideas to the table.
Good level of English and German.
A genuine interest in sports, tech, and/or football is highly appreciated.
Team spirit and motivation to work on an innovative concept.
Experience with posting on social platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok) is a big plus.
