- Log in to the Replay app. This will take you to the homepage of your club.
- Once you're on your club's homepage, select a game you'd like to highlight.
- Now that you’re on the selected game, it’s time to set up the tagging board. Start by clicking the “New Board” button to give your tagging board a unique name.
- You can also click the button with three vertical dots to create a new board, edit the current board, or delete any boards you no longer need. This menu also allows you to select which board you want to use. This feature is especially useful if multiple coaches are using the tagging board and wish to create their own analyses or playlists.
- Now, let’s move on to creating the tagging board. Begin by clicking the “NEW TAG” button at the bottom of the box on the right side.
- Once you click the button, a box will appear containing everything you need to create your tagging board:
Tag Name: Name your tag, for example, “GOAL,” to highlight when a goal is scored.
Hotkey: Hotkeys are shortcuts that let users quickly perform commands by pressing certain key combinations. For example, if you set "C" as a hotkey for a tag, pressing "C" will take you straight to that moment in the video, making analysis faster.
Colour: Lastly, you can select what colour you want this specific tag to be, making it easier to differentiate between the different tags you will create.
- Once you complete all these steps, click “SAVE” at the bottom, and you’ll have a brand new tag.
- With the new marker, you can click on it while navigating to a specific moment on the ‘Match Timeline’. This way you can mark key events, e.g. when a goal is scored, and it will be displayed on the timeline.
- Now that you’ve learned how to create tags with this guide, what can you do with them once they’re on your timeline? You can use the tags to create playlists, analyse key moments using the tools in the zone14 Replay app, and even compile highlights of your matches.
